Crochet Goodness

Hey dolls! Its been a good few days in Birmingham in terms of weather and as such it has made me reach for my summery clothes more. This is an outfit that I wore last Thursday when I went to town with my boyfriend for a spot of shopping and a late lunch with some of our closest friends. Not only was it good to finally wear this crochet cold-shoulder top that I got from ASOS but it was also great to catch up with some friends over some Caribbean comfort food and cocktails.

One thing I learnt last week was that making time for your friends is so important; especially those that you treasure. In this social media age we get so busy and we use liking a picture on Instagram or checking out a Snapchat story as a substitute to actually having a conversation and catching up with people and it's just not the same and really doesn't even compare. It is good to keep up with friends over social media but I encourage you to do the old fashioned thing and meet up, have a drink, share some food, do an activity, have a conversation, a real conversation and nurture the relationships you have with your friends. Life is way too short.

Anyway, I hope you guys like this outfit and enjoyed reading today's post and also apologies for the lack of posts, I've been experiencing a few technical difficulties regarding image uploads. I'd really appreciate some feedback on the pictures as after staring at the screen for so long trying to rectify the issue I'm not even sure if they look good so tell me what you think (good or bad) so that it can help me improve.
