Hey dolls! I'll start by apologising for my absence as I've been away for over a week now due to a few things that have been going on in my life that I won't get into just yet. Come back for my February Fitness update later this week to find out more. Anyway, as I've been gone for a little while it was a little difficult to get back into the swing of things so I thought I'd start with a mini haul to get my feet wet and to get me back into blogging. I picked up a few skincare and makeup bits at the weekend just to freshen up my collection as it was getting a little blah and just needed a little shaking up.
First product I picked up was the Sta-Sof-Fro Shea Butter hand and body lotion which is my everyday lotion and this was an absolute essential purchase as I'd run out of my previous bottle. Whilst in the beauty supply store where I pick up my lotion I also picked up a couple foundations; the Vital moisturising semi-matte foundation in Divine Chocolate for contouring and the Beauty Forever SPF15 anti-aging foundation in the shade Almond for highlighting. I usually use a light concealer to highlight and a powder product to contour but I thought I'd try these two foundations and see how I get on. A review will follow once I've used the products a fair amount. The next products I picked Up were The T-Zone deep pore cleansing cream wash with tea tree, eucalyptus and salicylic acid and the T-Zone skin clearing face moisturiser with tea tree and eucalyptus. I've gotten a bit bored of the Simple Spotless Skin range that I've been using for years and I felt like my skin needed a little boost so I thought I'd try incorporating these two products into my skincare routine to see if they made a difference. Last but not least is the Skyn Iceland arctic face mist which was given to me as part of a goody bag at the Gemini Woman SS15 press day.
These are the few bits I picked up that I thought I'd share with you guys. Hope you liked this little post and I hope you come back soon. Toodles!
