The Polka Dot Skort

Hi dolls! So I'm a week into my Zambia adventure and so far so good. Don't get me wrong it hasn't been without it's stresses and mishaps but on the whole I'm having an amazing time and so is my fiance. We took a trip down to the tourist capital of the country called Livingstone and it was one of the most amazing trips ever. We saw one of the seven wonders of the world; the Victoria Falls. It was such a spectacular experience and even though this was my second time seeing them it was just as amazing as the first time. Some other activities we went on included a game drive and a sunset cruise on the Zambezi river. I don't know how interested you guys are about this but if you want to know more about this trip I'm happy to do a whole post on it complete with some amazing pictures and recommendations.

Now on to what I'm sure you guys are really here for; this outfit. It is ironically perfect for a summer holiday and it consists of this cute and flirty polka dot skort from Missguided. The skort is supper fun and girly and extremely flattering with its high waist and shape. I paired it with a black body from Primark which has a cute tie detail at the front and I thought this combo was a match made in heaven. Especially paired with some comfy mules and a string bag also from Primark.

I love how this look turned out and I can't wait to wear this skort again. I plan to style it with a slogan tee, a cross body bag and some trainers for it's next outing to keep things super cool and casual. i reckon this kort would also work on a night out with a clutch bag and some heels especially if you're away somewhere nice and hot.

I would love to know how you would style this skort for day and night in the comments below. Who knows, you might just inspire my next outfit featuring this skort. On that note, I hope you enjoyed this super quick post and I will keep you updated with my Zambia adventures in my next post. Talk soon xx
