Now all my petite girls know that the struggle to find a great fitting pair of jeans can be real. Especially when you're after a different style or fit to the usual suspects like skinny jeans. And not to mention when you actually do find what you're looking for the quality may not always match the price point. I had been having this exact problem for a long time, especially when it came to finding a great pair of flared jeans. That was until I got my hands on this ultra comfortable pair of flares from Joe's Jeans.
I love a good pair of flared jeans and for some reason they remind me of Victoria Beckham. Is it me or can home girl rock the hell out of a pair of flares all year round and kill it? I had a pair a few years ago from H&M but the fit was just so off; they were incredibly stiff and the zip kept coming undone which was rather embarrassing. These beauties from Joe's however, are on a completely different level. They're incredibly soft and buttery with just enough stretch that they mould over the body nicely. I also love that even though they're a petite fit they still have that length to flatter the frame and give the illusion of being taller.

In trying to keep to my Victoria Beckham aspirations, I went super simple with the styling of these jeans. I paired them with a basic white bardot style top and a white handbag. Adding my suede mules from F&F gave me a little added height and styling my hair with some loose waves gave a relaxed bohemian feel. I love how simple but impactful this look is. I can definitely see it being a quick and easy go to outfit. Especially once I repurchase the bardot in a few more colours. I can also see these jeans working with a printed smock style top and some flat sandals if you're blessed with the gift of height. The trick is to keep things simple so as not to look like a 70's throwback. Less is more because the jeans are already a statement on their own.
Granted a pair of flared jeans is not to everyone's tastes but I absolutely love these jeans and just love how they look and make me feel. I feel sucked in and tucked in all the right places without feeling constricted and hindered from movement. Just what is needed in this lovely warm weather that we have been having lately. I'd love to know if you're a fan of these flares and how you would style them. Also make sure you check out Joe's Jeans for more quality pairs of denim in various different styles. Enjoy the lovely weather my lovelies!
